Selection of disinfectants: the cleaning and disinfection techniques used in the scanning room and products must comply with all applicable local laws or regulations.

Disinfection of scanning room floor

The floor of the scanning room for examination of fever patients shall be disinfected with 2000mg / L chlorine containing disinfectant. The general examination room can be disinfected with 250 ~ 500mg / L chlorine containing disinfectant. When there are visible pollutants, disposable absorbent materials should be used to completely remove the pollutants before disinfection. It should be disinfected at least twice a day. In case of pollution, it should be disinfected at any time.

Air disinfection in scanning room

Terminal disinfection shall be carried out for the scanning room of suspected patients and confirmed patients every day. It is recommended to use air circulation disinfection machine for disinfection, and continuous disinfection can be carried out during operation. Ultraviolet lamp can also be used for disinfection. The disinfection with ultraviolet lamp must be carried out in an unmanned state. It is recommended to take 60 minutes each time and three times a day.

It is not recommended that spray disinfection be used. If it is inevitable, the hydrogen peroxide air disinfector can be used to sterilize. Before the spray is sterilized, the equipment must be shut down and the equipment is cooled. After sealing the CT equipment with clean plastic cloth, spray sterilizing the machine room will remove the sealing plastic cloth after the disinfection spray is completely dissipated. The operator should ensure that the power supply can be turned on after the disinfectant spray is completely dissipated.

Disinfection of CT equipment

Before cleaning and disinfecting the equipment, the power supply of the equipment must be turned off. In order to improve the disinfection effect, the dirt on the surface of the equipment should be cleaned before disinfection. Neutral cleaners (soap and water) must be used to clean the equipment surface. High strength cleaners such as ethanol and organic cleaners have great corrosivity and solubility, which will damage the equipment surface and reduce the structural strength of the equipment. For cleaning, use a lint free cloth soaked in detergent to wipe the product after screwing it dry. Do not let the liquid flow into the CT product cover (shell). After wiping, use a lint free soft cloth to wipe it dry or dry it in ventilation.

Equipment disinfection areas include: scanning rack, patient support, accessories, console and other areas. During equipment disinfection, the equipment surface shall be quickly and gently wiped. Do not repeatedly and forcibly wipe an area to avoid damaging the equipment surface. At the same time, avoid metal and logo areas.

2000mg / L chlorine containing disinfectant is preferred for wiping and disinfection in fever clinic. 75% ethanol is used for wiping and disinfection in non corrosion resistant areas. Disinfection is performed after each patient completes examination. The equipment in the ordinary machine room can be wiped and disinfected with 250 ~ 500mg / L chlorine containing disinfectant or with a disposable disinfectant wipes containing alcohol. When using chlorine containing disinfectant, after disinfection, use a soft cloth dipped in clean water to clean the residual chlorine containing disinfectant on the equipment surface, and then dry it naturally or wipe it with a dry soft cloth. When wiping the surface with alcohol for disinfection, dry the surface naturally. During disinfection and cleaning, do not let the liquid flow into the CT product cover (shell).
